Privacy Policy — GreenFill

Last updated: October 19, 2026

GreenFill is a free macOS app made by MuJo Software. This policy explains how the app handles your data. In short: GreenFill collects no data and never connects to the Internet.

No data collected

  • No data collection. We don’t collect personal information, usage statistics, device identifiers or data of any kind.
  • No tracking. There are no analytics, ads, cookies or tracking technologies.
  • No account. You don’t need to sign up or give any information to use GreenFill.

No Internet connection

GreenFill works entirely on your Mac and never connects to the Internet: it doesn’t check for updates and doesn’t send anything anywhere. New versions are published on the GreenFill page of the MuJo Software website.

The Accessibility permission

To do its job, GreenFill needs the Accessibility permission (System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility, called Device Control and Data Access on macOS 27). It uses it only on your Mac:

  • to tell whether a click lands on a window’s green button (all other clicks pass through untouched);
  • to choose Fill or Return to Previous Size for that window.

GreenFill only looks at windows’ buttons, size and position and at the Window menu, never at what’s inside your windows.

Settings

The options you choose in GreenFill’s menu are saved in your Mac’s preferences and never leave your device.

Children

GreenFill collects no data, so it doesn’t process any information about children.

Changes to this policy

If the way GreenFill handles data ever changes, we will update this policy and the date at the top. The latest version is always available on the MuJo Software website.
