Terms of Use — GreenFill

These terms cover the use of GreenFill, a free macOS app by MuJo Software (“we”). By installing or using GreenFill, you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t install or use it.

1. Free to use

GreenFill is free. You may install and use it on any Mac you own or control, for personal or work use. The app is licensed, not sold.

2. What is not allowed

You may not:

sell, rent or distribute GreenFill for a fee;
distribute modified copies of it, or remove its copyright and trademark notices;
decompile it or try to extract its source code, except where mandatory law allows it;
use it unlawfully or against the rights of others.

3. Ownership

GreenFill, its code, its graphics and the “GreenFill” name belong to MuJo Software. These terms don’t transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. Provided “as is”

GreenFill is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do our best to keep it working well, but we can’t guarantee that it will be free of errors, or that it will work with every app or with every future version of macOS.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuJo Software shall not be liable for any damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, GreenFill. Mandatory consumer protections provided by law remain unaffected.

6. Ending

You can stop using GreenFill at any time by uninstalling it. These terms end automatically if you break them.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
